At Bulle 1924, quality is not just a claim: it is checked. Three recognised French labels frame the way we cook and welcome you.
Fait Maison (homemade)

Created by French law, the “fait maison” mention is reserved for dishes cooked on the premises from raw ingredients. Its logo – a saucepan under a roof – shows at a glance that the food is genuinely cooked in the kitchen, not assembled from industrial products.
At Bulle 1924, the seasonal menu and the Bouillon lunch menu are prepared every day by chef Matthieu’s team from fresh produce. Find out more: the “fait maison” mention explained by the French Ministry of the Economy (in French).
Qualité Tourisme

Qualité Tourisme is a French state mark that recognises tourism professionals for the quality of their welcome and services, after an independent assessment.
The mark is gradually being replaced by the state label “Destination d’excellence”; holders may display it until 31 December 2026. Find out more: the reform of the national tourism marks (in French).
Restaurant de Qualité – Collège Culinaire de France

The Collège Culinaire de France is an independent association founded in 2011 by fifteen renowned chefs. It brings together restaurateurs and artisan producers committed to craft and diverse cooking, as an alternative to the industrialisation and standardisation of food.
Bulle 1924 is recognised as a “Restaurant de Qualité” by the Collège. Find out more: the Collège Culinaire de France (in French).
